❌ Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns/exchanges under the following conditions:
- Requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Unused & original packaging only.
- Proof of purchase required.
📦 Return Process
- Email us with your order details & reason.
- We will provide return instructions.
- Customer pays shipping unless product is defective.
💰 Refunds
- Refunds processed within 8–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items
- Contact within 48 hours with photos/videos.
- Free replacement or full refund.
⏳ Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the timeline:
- Check bank account.
- Contact bank/payment provider.
- Email support if unresolved.

Sale items cannot be refunded.
🔄 Exchanges
Defective items will be replaced.
